This is a complaint regarding Nokia E-63.

I have purchased nokia e63 mobile from one of the famous shop TEENS GALARY(Address: Shop no 3, near rampoorna gas agency, Garh Road, Meerut-250002). When i have purchased that, the shopkeeper Gaurav have not gave Bluetooth ear phone( BH-213 cost is 2900) which is free with the mobile.

On the next day When i asked the shopkeeper for the Bluetooth ear phone. he firstly denied and said that there is no bluetooth with that phone then he said to me this is problem from dealer side and he will arrange buletooth ear phone with in 15 days. But after 20 days when i reached then he gave me the old bluetooth and said the is the bluetooth but i denied to take that bluetooth. Now the shopkeeper is keep when he will gave me the bluetooth he gave me a new date. Even he had not include VAT tax with that.
