My name is tarun verma and i Had taken a handset of Sony Ericsson no. R306 in August 2009 but now this set is creating lot of problem . This is 2nd time this set creates a problem and still the set is under warrenty period. I deposited this set to a dealer of sony ericsson at Laxmi nagar, New delhi to get it rennovate. Now its more than 20 days i hadnt got my set back. The dealer said that the set is with company and company call centre people are not picking up the call. I am really out of order now. I want to file a complaint against sony ericsson to get my cell as soon as possible with a new warrenty period or give me a new set.

Please sir take a strict action against them.
