    Default Complaint against Samsung Mobile SCH W339

    I, Ashok Kumar R/o D-224, Shakur pur, Anand Vas Delhi -110 034 had bought a Samsung Mobile Model No. SCH W339 Dual from M/s Techno Services,Darya Ganj vide Bill No. 13153 dated 07.01.2009 and after two week it was not working I had gone at their service centre and they said that it will be return back after two week but till now they are not able to tell me when it was come back to me. I had aproached many time to their customercare and their related officer but they didnot want to help or they have anyone reason for the same. I had emailed but there are not satisfactory reply. After long period they said due to part shortage it is pending when part will come we will give to you. That means there is no time when will return back I am in problem without my phone I am suffering financial losses and mentally distrub.

    I am requesting to you that please do some thing and tell me what will I do. I see in TV and many advertisements Jago Grahak. I want to know how to complaint and where to complaint for this kind of problems.

    Please help me and suggest me.

    Default Defective Samsung 29" Coloured TV sold by Samsung India

    I have a complaint against Samsung India w.r.t. their 29\" coloured TV which was purchased on 19th June, 2008. From the 2nd month of its purchase it started giving problems. Since then their engineers visited and tried to solve the problem/rectify the fault, once they replaced one part but within 2-3 weeks of its replacement, same fault occured.

    I requested them to rectify the fault finally or replace the set but they ignored my request and replied that there is no big fault, it is rectified now.

    Unfortunately, after the expiry of guarantee period i.e. after one year same problem again started. When I informed them about this their Service Centre informed that this time they will not charge Visiting fee but next time we have to pay Visiting fee, and again they rectified the fault. But within 3-4 weeks same problem again occured. Please suggest me where to contact now for replacement of the defective set/refund of the my hard earned money of Rs.16500/-.

    If possible, please forward my complaint to Samsung Company\'s Head Office about their Samsung India located in India about this incident. Most of the buyers of Samsung product in India are agrieved with Samsung Products but nobody cares once the product is sold. As per rules they should have replaced my set but they waited for the expiry of guarantee of TV so that after expiry they can\'t be blamed for the fault in the TV. Thanks

    Question Defective Samsung Mobile Set Delivered

    My self Vinay Mohan Mishra purchased a Samsung Mobile set from CELLUNET D'COSTA MANSION , MAIN ROAD BISTUPUR ,Jamshedpur, Jharkhand on 17-07-09 fro vide memo No-
    CELL/1362/09-10 dated-17-07-09. But when used it had problem in all buttons. i went to the shop ,they directed me to go SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE DHATKIDIH. They taken the set & said to come after 15 days, it will be sent to CANADA for repair. On 17/08/09 the service centre said that it has manufacturing defect & will be sent back to SAMSUNG COMPANY you will get full money back within 15 days.They taken all assasaries , bill copy7 given receipt on 17-08-09 . Since the than I am in contant touch with them but lastly service centre said that there is no cirtain time when they will back your money.
    I repeated ly mailed to customer care supportindia@samsung.com but they not even care to reply.

    Default Samsung Poor after sale service

    Buy Samsung mobile only if you don want to get humiliated by their service center. I bought samsung mobile C3053 in august 09, I was convinced to see the battery backup specification in the product details at samsung website that said talktime upto 7 hrs and standby upto 340 hrs. To my surprise it's battery was drained out in 24hrs after the first recharge and never improved.



    When approached BTM Service station in Bangalore they replaced the battery but that didn't work, after that they observed the battery backup for few days and told me they get battery backup of two days which certainly is lie but still far less than meeting the specifications.



    Since than from last one month around 8 times have been to this service center and everytime they tell me they get it for 48hrs and phone is good. after figthing with them they will direct me to a new person who will keep it for observation again.



    I am feeling humiliated by them and realizing they never wanted to accept the problem and fix it.

    I have a complaint against Samsung India I purchased a samsung TV on 13th Feb 2003. From Yamuna Vihar, Delhi.
    now its remote is not working properly so I complaint with my detail on 22/01/10 with my detail information but no one engineer visited at our home and trying to contact them daily but I am not getting satisfactory reply form their side

    I requested them for the new remote but they are saying remote are not not available because it was imported remote now these are not available tell us what should I do for this. I am doing regular call at least five phone per day even then I am not getting relief, Please help me.

    Cost of TV was 25500/=
    Remote No 00249A.

    Default complaint against samsung sghb220 mobile &service center poor service

    sir,i am the custmor of the samsung SGHB220 mobile and i buy this handset at 23/10/2009.my bill no.is 20248 and after two months when the problem is created in this mobile is hanging and auto swiched off.it is the warranty period so i am going to service center at SHRI RAM COMPLEX AG OFFICE GWALIOR (MP)INDIA ,but they give the poor response and not the satisfied answer and they can not reduce my small problem and they said that blaim to company and said that company are not provided part motherboard to this set ,so i am very disappointing and my costly set are in dustbin so please either you will close these service center or provide better better services ,please justice me .

    complaint-phone not recieved till now.i gave them my phone on 18-12-09 and they told me to get it back on 23-1-10.but when i went to collect my phone on that day.they told me that my phone is working.i told them to check it.but they refused me to take it home and check there as they dont have charger and battery.on returning back i found that the charging jack was fixed opposite.i again went to the shop and showed them.they said to leave the phone and collect it afterwards.after few dayz again when i went there they told me to bring battery and back cover.again after few days they told me to bring charger as they dont have it.from that day onwards they are just makingexcuses and doing nothing.then i complain in samsung company on 13th,march,compalint no-8412871469.but still no reply and they taken the charges also in 13.01/10.bwk no.-014 and they have taken rs.480.

    Respected Sir,

    This is Aditya Maru, I Purchased Samsung Corby Speed(CDMA-F339) on 1st January 2010 and my device got stuck on the 2nd May 2010 i gave to Samsung Service Center on 3rd May and and they told me that you will lose your all data coz we will provide you new Mother Board so

    I Request That Please Save my Contact data and Memos so that is useful for me and they Reply Me this is not companies responsibility to store such database

    so i told just switch on the phone so i can take back up of may data so they told me not possiable we will try

    Now they told me we will give you your device on after 10 to 15 working days now already 14day passed and they are saying that it will take more one week

    And I have to go to village on 25th May so how can i go without Mobile device i have only One Way to communicate with my Office

    So Please Guide Me for This Problem

    Hello Samsung Support,

    I am not happy with the support which is provided by authorized Samsung Service network in Hyderabad.

    I have purchased Samsung GT-B5310 on 24th April 2010 from Big bazaar, Ameerpet Hyderabad.

    After 15-20 days of purchase i have faced some problems in my mobile phone, it starts hanging & touch screen will stops working. One morning my mobile phone will completely hangs & stops working.

    On 22nd May 2010 i submit my mobile phone in authorized service centre Mobi Serve Shop no G9, Ground Floor, 6-3-801 to 803 Elephant House Ameerpet X road Hyderabad A.P.

    While taking my mobile they have opened my mobile & told me that there is some software error, they submit my mobile & request me to call within 5 days. When i call them after 5 days they told me that there is motherboard error & request me to call after 3 days. After 3 days i again called them & they told me that now there is problem in LCD & Motherboard & request me to call after some days.

    Today i again called them for status & now again they told me that there is problem in LCD cable & motherboard. I am unable to understand that where is the problem exist & unable to get proper response from service centre. There is almost more than 22 days & they are telling me to wait for another 7 days.

    I only use my mobile phone for 20 days & the problem starts in my mobile phone, i am not happy from the product & realy very frustated from the service provided by service centre.

    Default complaint aganst samsung mobile

    As the mobile is in warrenty, company is asking to pay for motherboard which they said nonworking. The resoan for the same is unknown. Moreover the cost of the part is as same as the mobile when it was withdrawn from market. Query is that if the part cost is sme as that of mobile then what will be cost of other parts, and if it is in warrenty why conpany is not replacing the same? company contact no is busy almost all the time.
