    dear sir/ madam,
    maine samsung company ka model no. s-5200 date 5 april 2010 ko purchse kiya tha .jisme date 7 july ko display band ho gayi thi jab mene apna phone company service centre ( M/s. cool india service centre) gwalior ko reparing ke liye dia to unhone 6 din baad phone le jane ko kaha .
    main jab 15 july ko phone lene pahucha to unhone phone return karne se mana kar dia bole jaha ja kar complaint karna hai kar do.
    jaldi hi meri complaint ko solve kar mera phone company se return karaye.

    sir iam k.john we purchase the mobile on bigc kadapa at that time they offer 1gbwith (warenty&gaurenty) right now they not respond properly take action immidiately

    Dear Sir,

    Your service center service is very worst I feel it when i suffered with my samsung mobile. In my samsung set M3510 there is some problem in speaker and also i want to change the body of mobile. For that purpose i went Hyderabad service center which is in the vishal mega mart (abids road) they told that without advance we will not order the body and new speaker they billed total 1400/- Rs so i gave him 500/- RS in advance they told after 15 days it will come then i will inform you and gave me there visiting card. But after 15 days no call came from there side so i called him in the no. 44344000 but she told contact on 42407213 when i contact there first time and asked about that then on lady told it will come on 3rd august. again when i called the same no. for the confirmation one person told don't contact there, when i told that after calling on 44344000 they told confirm on 42407213. As today when i again call on vashir bagh no 42407213 he told that where you gave the advance you should talk there, after that when i am calling the service center where i gave the advance they are not lifting the phone. I dont know why you are doing like that.I am suffered by that mentally as well as financially. If you are unable to provide service then why did you open service center?simply ridiculous.I will inform all my colleagues,friends & relatives not to buy samsung mobile.

    Default Service centre Lost My Mobile

    Complaint against Samsung Mobile Service centre

    I, Pooja Manoj Kakde had bought a Samsung Coby Plus Mobile Model No. B3410 6month back. One and a half month back there was some problem in the handset and so had given the handset to repair at service centre at Thane . After 6 week also they didnt repair and they said that it will be return back after two days every time I went to ask forit. After long period they said due to part shortage it is pending when part will come we will give to you.I had suffered financial losses and mentally distrub because of this.

    But today they had given me a new handset of same model, but there is no acknoledgement for the replacement of the new handset & also taken away the inside label bearing the serial no. There are chances of problem arising in future due to it. I am afraid that my handset can be blocked as the service center people has taken away the serial no. of the handset.

    I am requesting to you that please do some thing and tell me what will should I do. I want to know how to complaint and where to complaint for this kind of problems.

    Please help me and suggest me.

    Red face Regarding complaint against samsung mobile model no b3210

    i have purchased the samsung mobile on 22.02.2010 and my IMEI Code is 357797031769904 from HELLO WORLD No:2,Sardar Patel Road,Adyar,Chennai-600 020. My invoice no is Ad-5306 for Rs.6900/-. my mobile model no is SAMSUNG B3210. I had purchased this mobile on 22.02.2010 and after 1 month of my purchase, the mobile got restarted automatically, while i was attending a call, then no call register is stored. no numbers shown in missed call, received calls and dialled numbers registry, then i went to samsung mobile service centre located at velachery, they said it is a simple fault and they made it ok after two days. the days went then after one month from my first fault then my mobile started restarting automatically while attending a call and then no numbers or text is visible in my mobile my mobile screen is blank. then i went to the same samsung mobile service centre and gave for service.

    they answered that system software is poor and they reinstalled it and said here after no complaint will arise. the after 1 1/2 months later my mobile again got trouble and all my call registry were deleted automatically, this time i got anger because every time i go to the service center they format my mobile and my contacts are all deleted.

    and this time also they did the same. they have formatted my mobile and i questioned them whether this is a mobile or a garbage which frequently gets into trouble. they had answered lethargically that this small problems are nothing for samsung mobile,we have 100`s of handsets with board problem sleeping for months without any remedy.

    then i returned back ,used the mobile and after 2 months now today 30/08/2010 at around 2.00 pm my mobile got restarted again and again. i cant use the mobile then i swithced off the mobile and gave it back to the same mobile store where i had purchased the mobile.

    now my question is whether there is any proper security for the buyers. is this a proper way to handle a customer. whether the company knows the meaning for the word gaurantee and waranty . the gaurantee means parts will be we replaced at free of cost and the term warranty means the whole mobile unit will be replaced.

    the company says it a warranty and so why cant they replace a mobile unit for me.

    they had launched the mobile for Rs.6900/- in february 2010 and within six months now they have slashed its price to Rs.4999/-. while the inflation index is day by day increasing how can these mobile manufacturers slash their prices to this level. this shows they are cheating their customers every day and selling their products.

    if there is no proper remedy for my complaint then i have to go for consumer court. i have all the documents in my hand and all the details.

    expecting a speedy solution for my problem.

    they said we will buy back this mobile for Rs.2000/- or if u need we will send this mobile for warranty claim and u will reply within a week.

    Default Samsung Corby pro GT-B5310 mobile phone

    I brought (Samsung Corby pro GT-B5310) mobile phone on 14/04/2010 from Planet M retail Limited, E- 106 city center sector -1 Salt lake, Kolkata-700064. With One year warranty. On 13-07-2010 all of sudden touch screen was got hanged and stop working then I approached to the Samsung service center (System & Services, 1130, Survey park, 793B purbalok saltlec, kolkata) they have kept the phone for 1 week and when they returned it the touch pad was working but the LCD screen was showing black dots and it was blinking, then the service center kept the phone for another 3 days and changed the LCD and touch panel and returned on 22-07-2010, now again on 28-07-2010 the same problem was arises this time when I approached to the service center they are saying due to moisture and humid weather this problem is arrived and that is not covered under warranty from the company... Now they are asking Rs. 5500 for repair.

    Default poor service

    I have a samsung corby GT-B3410. its just being 8months its slider is not properly working, it gets hanged many times a day, sometimes the screen gets black(like negative),some of the pad keys are not working smoothly, have to press it hard...

    n now the point is i am not satisfied with your product and your service. i gave my mob to your service center at sector 22(in front of 17 bus-stand). they are just making me fool. every time i go they say to come after 5-6 days.. now its being around 12 days...

    every part of your product is in poor condition. please replace it if u can. or i have to go to some other company.

    Angry Samsung Guru 2130

    Hi,

    We bought Samsung mobile phone Samsung Guru 2130 on 13 february 2010. In a period of 11 months it was repaired 3 times and now again on 9 January 2011 it has stopped working. As per samsung service centre it says that it was repaired only once and not thrice. It means they have deleted their records. I had a word with Sagar the person incharge who is looking after repairing saying that we will repair it again. I told them that the phone is damage peice as it stops working after every 3 months. I told them to give me a replacement and they refuse me. Further I was told to contact Mr Rahul Patil and even he refused to accept my query and tried to convinced me to get it repaired again. I agreed to repair it on a condition that they will give me warranty that the phone will not be damaged again. Here again they refuse.

    Accoding to me if the phone is defective and stops working after every 3 months then it should be replaced.

    Angry Very Very Bad Service

    Hello Samsung Service Center and Customer Care Center,

    I am not happy with the support which is provided by authorized Samsung Service Center in Pune.
    I have purchased Samsung GT-C3303I on 29th August 2011 from Cell Phone Collection,60/61, Indraprastha, Borivali (W), Mumbai-92.

    After 40 days of purchase i have faced a some problems like network problem, Outgoing voice problem, Hands free & Jack problem in my mobile phone. When i was purchase this cell its hands free working properly in normal mode as well as vibrator. But last few days i face a problem "whenever i use hands free or Ear phone at the time of driving i can't able to hear the incoming calls ring in hands free or ear phone.

    On 14th Oct. 2011 i submit my mobile phone in authorized service center, Shree communication,Shop no 1, Kundan Classic Building, Aundh Road, Pune-20 (M.H.).

    While taking my mobile they have opened my mobile & told me that there is some software error, they submit my mobile & request me visit again after 2 days. After 2 days When i go there and check my cell i found the problem was as it is. They request me to come after 3 days. After 3 days i again go there and they told me that this cell model is coming like this means when you use hands free, you will not hear any call in ear phone.


    I only use my mobile phone for 40 days & the problem starts in my mobile phone, i am not happy from the product & realy very frustated from the service provided by service centre.

    Question Galaxy ace issue

    I have bought 2 Galaxy Ace phones and 1 Galaxy SL I9003,
    SL model is working fine but Both Galaxy Ace I have faced issues. I have written this to customer care many times however no proper solution is given.

    My WiFi and Bluetooth doesnt work many times. When I switch on the WiFi it says ERROR and then i have to switch off the phone and on again to put WiFi on. In one of the ACE phones they replaced he motherboard and still the problem persists. I have changed software on their request thrice in my phone and even upgraded to Android 2.3 now but still its the same problem. I have recorded a video that WiFi and Bluetooth is not turning on and sent it to them, but they are taking it lightly..

    They misguide people to promote their product, before buying i inquired about the internal memory of the phone for ACE to install android applications since there are many applications available that are of my day to day use, and the executive said its 180 MB and you can install applications on external SD card which is expandable to 32GB, so you can download and install many many applications and only phone numbers will be stored on internal memory but you can take back up on external card for that too. When i spoke to them about this, they said they dont have any such information that i spoke to them about this in call center..!!!! I also checked about memory with the samsung promoter from where i bought the phone, even he said u can move to SD card but when i wasnt able to i took it to him and he was blank..!!

    After i bought Galaxy ACE i ran out of memory very soon as there are so many applications that I could not move to SD card and my internal memory went as low as 10 MB and it always said memory low in my phone. I have raised the issue here too and i keep getting calls from some executives to install some software or the other to move applications to memory card, but as usual internet based applications are not moving to SD card. All The applications size are big thats why it has reduced my internal memory and Now i have uninstalled so many applications to keep my memory free, but i am finding to so difficult as many application that i thought i would use, iam not able to, because of the low memory constraint.. Now i have told them to either upgrade memory on my phone or refund my money and replace my phone with galaxy SL which has 4 GB memory.

    Had i known this i would have bought Galaxy SL itself, They have cheated me on this by giving me wrong info on the product. Now I would like to fight with them for the issues that I have faced, Kindly guide me on the same.
