    Post complaint against naaptol

    dear sir, i have ordered black cherry BL-7000 to naaptol and my order no is 313623 under the name and address: Mushtaq ahmad khan c/o: mushtaq cloth house fish market zaina kadal srinagar on 17th of april 2010 and i received my order on 2nd may 2010 paying Rs 3000/= and postal charges 200/=(cash on delivery), after receiving the product when i opened it, i found that its display was broken and it was not working i called to customer care naaptol and they told me to send back the product to: telecom consumer product private limited pitampur new delhi and i send it through indian postal service through speed post under number: sp EE810638956IN on 4th of may 2010. on 14th of may it was delivered to said address, then the naaptol authorities told me to send us the delivery proof by Fex, i sended it. now after all this they told me that you will receive your product in 5-7 days. It is now 6th of june and i haven't received it yet. Now i request to your good self please help me out to receive the said product, i will be really thankful to you sir.
