Dear Sir
I have purchased a spice mobile M-5252 from M/S Pahi Mobile, Dist.:- Sivasagar, Assam, pin cod:- 785640 on the dated 27/08/2009. From the very beginning I have found many troubles in M-5252 and several times I have consults with servicing centre. Now I have sent my mobile for the five times to servicing centre on 20/05/2010. After enquiry, I have known that my handset was sent to Guwahati Servicing centre on 21/5/10 and till date no any massage from servicing centre.
Dear Sir, in the last seven month, five times my handset was sent to servicing centre and thy kept it more then one month. Warranty is given only one year. So may I like to think that is it a time pass technique to expire the warranty period? OR are you kindly help me to receive my hand set as early as possible.
