    Angry complaint against sony erricson customer care

    i had purchased a sony erricson mobile model no.z555i on th 24th of feb2009
    within few days i started having problem of the handfree i recieved with the mobile
    i returned it to the service centre i.e., Salore inter. ltd., that is located in mum,
    i got a complaint no, and was asked to wait for a couple of days to recieve the new one,
    its been 10 days since i ahve been waiting, i called up the srevice center and inquired, but i was not given the proper information as to what is the procedure that is been taking place, i have been told to contact the main head office which i did from then onwards i have have to call them up at regular basis as to find out waht has been happening all i get is wrong information the service center is very poor at is serving i woul like the conser forum to help me out as it is very difficult i m a middle class man and have earned very hard to buy a mobile and now i have to face this kind of poor service from the company that is entitle to give us a good service i would be very oblige if u could do the need full. Thanking you.

    Question irresposible behavior of service center employ

    I bought a sony erricson set of model no-w395 dated 21-11-09,
    from the date of purchase it has been constantly hanging while listening songs, every time when I go to care service they just install a new software & i have been suggested to run the set without the memory card, yet the set hangs even in phone memory. i went there 4 times
    and no outcome is there. If I had to run the set without a memory card why did i purchse the set of worth more than 8000 rupees? I want immediate replacement of this set with new one, otherwise I am bound to go consumer court , the trust of this compamy is at a stake for me.
