I have successfully placed the below mentioned order on 19th May 2010 online on the mobile store website.

I also made the online payment of Rs 5299. I received an email from mobile store that my order is placed successfully (Order Number 110148323 )and the product will be delivered to me within 3 working days. However I have not received the product till now (12 days since i placed my order). I have registered complaint over the phone to the customer care, but they did not give me any complaint no. I have also sent mails to the customer care (mobicares@mytms.in) 4 times on 24th, 25th, 27th and 31st may 2010. However they have not called me back, or answered my mails. Only one standard mail was received by me, saying that the complaint is forwarded to the concerned dept. The concerned dept has never called or addressed my issue.This is highly unprofessional attitude on their part.
I have received a call from the customer care centre saying that the model Nokia 6700 is out of stock. I fail to understand how can a website store system accepts an order, and the payment if the product is out of stock. I again checked the website on 25th may 2010 and I could still place an order for the same model online. I do not believe that mobile store website keeps taking orders and payment for a product for over a week without having the product in stock. It amounts to fraud and cheating on their part.
