i had purchased Micromax X360 handset 05-Apr-2010, the problem started with the keypad.
I approached the Micromax authorised service center with the problem.

I was told to collect the handset in 2 days, but when i approached there, it was untouched.
They never respond to any call, so nearly i went 3 times but later on 27-Aug-2010 it was returned back
to me in a even worse condition than it was before, now keypad n camera not working.

I was really disappointed with the service.

Later i again took the same handset on 04-Sep-2010, and the complaint was taken with
-Job sheet no:10515

They took 10 days time, n now they are saying the PCB needs to be changed, and it may take 2 months or more
and it should come from company..

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE YOU GUYS ARE PROVIDING.?

Please take an action on those fellows at Service centres, The Guy name Vishwanath,
and his number is 9845064795/ 9241177789. They never attend the calls,
They never care for customers urgency, they are somehow trying to escape from the issues of customers.

Request somone to take initiative on this issue and take an approriate action.

I Purchase micromax mobile on 07-05-2010 and after two month the mobile phone is dead and i give to noida service center on 16-08-2010 and i countnue folllow but they have not give response to us to till date

Sir,

i m very much disappointed with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last 2 Months about my Micromax gravity set like touch screen which was defective. The mobile was purchased on 23rd october 2010 and the service provider is not ready to replace the touch screen. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible.

I Have purchase Micromax phone on 02 Aug 2010, after one month its became faulty due to bad quailty after that i hve given in Service center Kiazer electronics in Mumbai. Its pending in service center last one month and im not geeting proper responce from service center .and i dont know when i will get it back or not . You know in todays life there are so many importance given to mobile but your copanies service is very poor. Please help me as the importance of the mobile in todays real life.

i think except nokia no brand is belivable.

Regarding to the above problem of my Mobile I serrender the hand set to your Service Center SHARMA INFOTECH SHEORAPHULLI, SERAMPORE (West Bengal), Job Card No. is 747655 on 05.10.2010. But after several Phone Calls they did not respond me or even return my set after repairing.

Please do needful, So can I get back my set as early as possible.

I am facing problems in getting my micromax X600 (gravity) handset repaired. The touchscreen stopped responding and when i went to the micromax repair center in District Center, Janak Puri; they said the screen needs to be replaced but they dont have the spare part right now and will only be available after next 10 days. When i called up Paschim Vihar and Ramesh Nagar centers, i got the same response. Its been almost a month and ive no choice but to use my old mobile phone.
I urge all the complainants to jointly lodge a complaint against the company as we have been cheated and robbed of our money.
Lets tell micromax that they cant escape their wrong doings.

I had bought a GC275 2 months ago. I will list out the complaints in details later; let me just describe their poor service now. My mobile was getting switched off frequently and few days ago it stopped working completely. I called this service centre (M/s Shree Mobile Care)and went. They said it is a "virus problem" and updated the software. It was still not working. When I told him this, this guy told that it is because of low battery and asked me to charge it for few hours. I told him to make sure by testing it but he neither had a spare battery nor even a charger ( and they are the authorised service centre). I came back, charged the phone for few hours, still it was dead and so called him again. He will not pick the phone at all; but after trying continuously for about 30 minutes someone picked up and told me that it could be a problem with the board. When I asked him whether they will repair it, he asked me to come. I went again and met the guy at the front desk who said they don't do hardware problems and asked me to go to a centre in Jayanagar. When I asked him why then he asked me to come, he went on repeating "we do only software ...". I never had such a bad experience from any service centre. These guys are pathetic. Never go for micromax; they are probably the worst.

Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.

I have a MICROMAX Q5 and I having a problem with Track ball and Head phone and Speeker as well for last 2 monthes
but there is no cervices center in gurgaon and finaly I got a micromax servixe centere with spice but the asked me for money to repair my phone.
I just want to talk anyone who are form MICORMAX company plz provide me the tool free number
I aslo want to register a complaint with MICROMAX its a frod compny
