i got micromax before 4 days ,i got very irritated battery backup is very low and jpeg files get hanging

i was buy a mobile of micromax model X2i+ the charger of mobile was dead from last four months in gaurantee period i was gone 2 service center but they does not solve it.

I brought mobile micromax x510 but its touch is not working i brought it on date 01/01/11.so please help me out.

Dear sir i submit my complain for solution ,the complain is that we four frnds bought a60 micromax in january from spice hotspot .the mobile looked quite good for somtime but later on it showed pro lem.So now the problem inmy mobile is with speaker as it is not working,2nd with battert which was not charging so in my dissppointment i threw the battery and new battwry is very expnsive @1000 rupees and 3rd problem is with hedset port which is also not working.i cant buy this much expensive battery so u suggest me what to do as my mobile a60 is now a playtoy shall i throw it or u would help me.@If not assisted i will never ever buy anything from micromax and never recommend anyone .aSoi am still waiting for ur reply and help .Do it and take seriously if u want revune and customer and stay in market.thanks !........... ............from surendra 7503730549 and mail add. mr.surendersingh144@gmail.com

i am very deeply disappointed with the Micromax X-560 mobile and especially with the administration. I have been bullied by the Micromax service center and the dealer. I have running since I have brought this Mobile. I have taken this mobile on 29th january and only after two days charger ws damaged and i was supplied with Micromax X-360 charger and was told that i will be issued with the original charger within 1 week but to non response i was bullied and kept myself running here and there but still now i didnot recieved the original one.then after few days of getting the new Micromax X-360 charger, my cell speaker was damaged and i requestd for the change on 31st january bt i recievd it on 13th february. then after so much of the running finally, i got my cell and after that on 19th feb , my cell had charge point damaged. when I showed it to the Micromax Service Center, Rourkela they were unable to make the damage and in additonal they damaged the earphone headset point. And when i told them to get the replacement of my cell as they were unable to repair it, they told to give it to the retailer and on the that very day,I gave my cell to the retailer(Mobile Vatika) and dealer assured to get the replacement within some days but still after one and half months I didnot get my mobile phone back with its original accessories. And he is having all the documents and mobile phone with him.
so, i plead you to get this done else i have to take it to the court and file a consumer case.

Maine micromax X250 6nov2009 ko kota(Rajasthan) se purchase kiya tha. Shuru se hi is mobile ki vajah se problems aa rahi he. Firstly to mobile me kuch problems thi phir bad service center ne bachi hui problems b dena shuru kar diya. Service center pe untrained logon ko laga rakha tha unhone mera cell or b jyada kharab kar diya he. Aaj 8 months ke baad b mujhe mera cell vapas nahi diya gaya he.
Main future me kabhi is bakvas micromax set ko nahi purchase karunga aur na hi kisi or ko purchase karne ki advise dunga. Please take care. JSK

Dear Sir,
I bought a set on 24/07/10. I was very happy to got such like set. But very soon i feel i got a mistatake to
buy this type of sell. It is less capacity of battery, sound like another chinees mobile, it takes few second
after touching the scree, I go to service centre 2-3 time in four months and today it also not working.
It is battery is not charging from morning to evening. It got dead. I am very disappointed this time why I select
this type of set. Kindly do need ful and solved this problem.

Just before a couple of months I have bought micromax x600. Within five months it lost its touch screen and often hangs. On approching the dealer it has been told that it will take one month to rectify the mistake of phone. Having paid Rs.5000/- and awaiting for one month is not justified. I lost the faith on such products. I am really sorry to my friends for recommedning for purchase of such phones.

I had baught a micromax A-60 phone in january and the touch was not warking properly I informed them they said it happens some time.Then after 3 months mobile started hanging and on 18 april the phone was dead.I submitted it at service center and after 1 weak they called me and said that you will get your phone after 2 months.I done the complaint because no service takes 2 months,they asked you will get it within 1 weak,then again I called after 1 weak,they said we had raised your complaint and within 10 days you will get the reply,after 10 days again I called them,they said audit is going on so it will take again 1 weak for the solution.After 1 weak again I called now they are saying again I had raised your complaint and you will get reply after 2 weaks.In all I m suffering and and at the end it taken 2 months.From last 23 april my no. is switched off and I had faced a lot of problem.

i had bought a micromax handset model X550 6 months ago...from very first day i m facing charging problem..i got it repaired from service centre ludhiana punjab..nd problem was resolved but now again i m facing dis problem nd i lost my bill also so i cant get it repair from service centre....in service centre nobody check mobile without bill..plz give me solution for problem dat m facing..as soon as possiblee.................thanx...
