Complaint against nokia

Repected Sir/Mam,
I had a nokia handset nokia n-72 which had some problem during the validity period. I have taken it to nokia care center at ashok vihar. they called me after 2 days and said the phone cannot be corrected. i called up nokia helpline they asked me to visit another center - head office at green park. i was nine months pregnant still i wen there but the office was closed down months before. then i called up again they asked me to visit janakpuri center. i went there it was under renuvation. i asked them they told me to go at jail road. when i went to jail road they kept my mobile for 3 days and after that they told me phone cannot be coorected as IC has beem reoved from handset. I dont know whose fault but i was syuffering due to them and i had very severe pain in stomach. then when i had my delivery i talked to nokia head office at banglore...they told me ther manager would call me up but its been 4 months nobody has called up till now. i want to register my complaint against nokia now. I ahve all the mails and bill and the complaint register details with me.

Hello,

Send a written notice via registered post to the Nokia CMD, mention all the details, attach all the print copy and the photo copy of relevant document and ask them for the new handset as your handset is irreparable and it is under warranty period.

Note: keep one copy of the notice, registered post slip, job sheet and the bill, all the mentioned document are required if you need to knock the consumer forum.

Mene nokia-c6-00 december 2011 me purches kiya..
jisme 1 month ke bad hi problem ane ki wajah se 2 months nokia care me raha. uske bad replace hoker same model march last me mila. But usme bhi problm thi jis karan phir se nokia care gaya aur 15 days ke bad unhone ye kahker wapas ker diya ki is set me koi problem nai hai. Per me is set se setisfie nai hu meri problem solve karne me meri help kare.
