Actually i had purchased a nokia 5800 on 14 jan 09 & next day i found that there is a manufacturing problem in its speaker the volume goes low & high then the dealer changed my hand set & now in second phone i found that there are so many problems in it sometime it became hangs & the data size is only 1 gb while the capacity of phone is 8 Gb & it is giving the problem in its GPS (not working) & a big spot cames inside the screen.
So, i want my money back for it.
Can you pls help me in this regard???????

Yes, i had talked to customer care regarding this & they told to submit the phone to nokia service center & at Noida Sector 1 Nokia service centre, i disscussed abt the spot on the screen they told that the phone may be damage when we will open the phone bcz the phone is touch screen & the spot may be big.

Your phone is under warranty period, if they are not able to solve the problem then they have to replace it with new one.
Submit your phone to the authorized Nokia care center, and if still face any problem then feel free to contact us.

I agree that the phone is still under warranty. But, Noida Nokia Service center engineer told me that the spot problem can't be resolved & if they tried to fix the problem the screen of the phone may be damaged & i may be charged for that.. I think that there is any manufacturing problem in the phone bcz the problem is still there just after 3-4 days of purchaseing the phone & GPS is also not working Regarding that i disscussed to the dealer & changed the Service operator with MTNL to Airtel but there are so many problems in the phone..
Pls help me to replace the handset or to refund the ammount of phone.
I will be highly grateful to you.
