i baught a spice mobile s-820 on dated-4/4/09 but after one month set got problem so i submitted the mobile at thier service center.they said to return me after 15 days but they return me after 41 days. again, now my set is not turning On so i visit the service cenetr but that is closed. i have visit many times but center is not open....what shoud i do.?i wanna refund my money.

In case of Mobile handsets, if we are not satisfied with the responses or the services of service centre, we can lodge our complaint with the head office of the Mobile Co. for the same. But if the Co. is also not providing any help in that concern we can only file a case in consumer forum against the Service Centre as well as the Co. to get the redressal. First send a written complaint to Mobile Co's head office to get any help without approaching Consumer Forum.
