I WANT YOUR HELP PLEASE BEACUSE I INVESTED RS 16130/- ON HTC TOUCH MOBILE
PHONE (MODEL NO. P3452) FROM HOTSPOT MAILVIYA NAGAR
IT WAS A SEALED PACK BOX.
INITIALLY IN EARLIER TWO DAYS ONLY MY FONE SOFTWARE GOT CORRUPTED AND ALL
MOBILE FEATURES WERE HANGED UP.
I TRIED CALLING HTC CUSTOMER CARE BUT ITS REALLY DIFFICULT TO GET IN TOUCH
WITH THEM BEACUSE IT ALWAS SHOW LINE IS BUSY
SO I WENT TO HOTSPOT AND ONE OF THEIR ENGGINEER GOT IN TOUCH WITH HTC AND
ALMOST MY PHONE NEEDS 2 RESETTED 2-3 TIMES
THEN FROM THE BEGINING ONLY I REALSIED THE EARPHONE WASNT WORKING PROPERLY
AND ALSO THE TOPUCH WASNT WORKING
SO I WENT 2 THEIR SERVICE CENTRE WHICH IS IN OKHLA
THEIR THEY TOLD ME DAT SIDE KEY WASNT WORKING AND THAT HAS TO BE FIXED
I GAVE THEM MY SET FOR ALMOST 4 DAYS AND I COLLECTED ON 5 FEB IN THE EVENING
IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY AT THAT TIME
ONCE I REACHED HOME THE SAME WAS THERE AGAIN
ALSO AS I SAID ITS REALLY DIFFICULT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HTC CUSTOMER CARE
SO I MAILED THEM REGARDING THE SAME
ALSO THERE WAS NO REPLY FOR ALMOST 5 DAYS
NOW IN SHORT THE THING IS I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE AND REQUESTED TO
REPLACE D HANDSET BEACAUSE IT HAS LOT OF FAULTS IN IT AND AGAIN AND AGAIN I
HAVE TO GO SERVICE CENTRE
PLEASE HELP AS THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME AND KEEP SAYING REPLACEMENT IS
NOT POSSIBLE
ITS ONLY DONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCAHASE
WHY THEY HAVE KEPT 14 DAYS ALSO
WITHIN 14 DAYS NO 1 CAN REALISE WHETHER THATS A PROBLEM OR IS IT SOMTHING IN
PHONE ITSELF
SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF U CAN HELP ME IN ANY WAY
I AM IN A BIG TROUBLE BEACUSE HTC IS NOT ASSISTING THEIR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY
SO I HOPE TO EXPECT A HELP FROM CONSUMER COURT END.
