I was given Nokia 6300 mobile phone for service in Nokia Care service center (Golden plaza marthahlli Bangalore) on 17/Sept/2008. that time it was in under warranty after 15 days they told it send to head office it will take 20 days but after 20 days the i did't get .after 2 month they given that mobile but i checked the problem not cleared so i return to that service center at the same time.After 15 days again they return that but that time also the problem note cleared. so again i give to that center that time the engineer told me " U use this handset they can't repair this hand set so Nokia will give on new handset ; when we received new headset that time we will replaced ."so i starting to use that defective handset and i contact regularly with the service center .In 6/12/2008 i submitted that phone again .But now they told me "Now the handset is not under warranty so they can't prepare" and they return my phone Please help me what shall i do ?

I purchased a Nokia N 82 in the month of july. It developed a strange
problem in the month of October. The problem was poor audio while
receiving call or dialing call. So I took it to Nokia care -
samvaradhi technologies Koramangla, near airtel office in bangalore.
When I gave them the mobile the person asked me to remove the battery,
sim and mobile. then she collected the mobile and asked me to wait for
an hour. My mobile only had audio problem nothing else.
After an hour or so, the executive came and said, the display was
already broken (they broke it and blame it on me). How can a customer
cant see a display damage like a big crack in lcd display.I had been
in similar situation when I was using Nokia N 73 ME or sony ericsson K
750i, so I know what the display damage is.
But in this case, I wasnt able to do anything, as didnt have time to
fight with them the whole day.
I argued for another 40 mins, but I had to leave because had to leave
for another place. So I paid Rs.1700 to get it repaired. i.e display
change which nokia executive broke.
On escalating it to Nokia, I got a reply that thanks for the feedback
and they will look into it.. Still no responses.
I am still fighting with nokia customer care on this. I planned to
escalate this, but could not get any valid contacts. does any one on
this forum knows.
