i bought a handset of samsung company model C3053 but after few days i found that it produce heat whenever i put it on charging then i went to customer care center in my city they repaired it then it stop producing heat but whenever i use GPRS service through my phone to my pc via blutooth it produce lot of heat and if i put it on charging while using GPRS service through my phone it pause charging and display a message that "phone`s temprature is too high" then it stop charging. i told the customer care center in my city but they said they cant do anything about it every phone produce heat while using GPRS. then i send a mail to samsung company they gave me a transaction number and told me that they will contact me but till i got no response from them. i dont know wht to do i cant use my phone to access internet.
