I'VE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE FROM THE MOBILE STORE-ROHINI, DELHI.
AS PER THE SCHEME AT THAT TIME, I'VE GOT 5% CASH-BACK COUPAN FROM THE MOBILE STORE. I'VE SENT THAT CARD WITH PARTICULAR FORM TO CHANNAI OFFICE ON 10 NOV, 2009 & THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME ON 16 NOV,2009. I'VE ATTACHED MY BILL COPY & CASHBACK COUPAN (coupan no.- PTMS00103122) COPY WITH FORM.
AS PER THE TERMS & CONDITIONS, WE CAN RECEIVE THE CHEQUE WITHIN 45 DAYS. WHILE I'VE NOT RECEIVED CHEQUE TILL DATE. MORETHAN 4 to 5 MONTHS HAVE BEEN PASSED.
MANY A TIMES I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE FOR THIS MATTER, BUT I JUST GOT PROMICES FOR GETTING MY CHEQUE, & GAVE ME REQUIES NO. FOR THE SAME
IF YOU CAN DO SOMETHING FOR ME, THAN PLEASE GO FOR IT OTHERWISE, SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO....??
