Shop keeper has told me that there is 1 year warranty in this Mobile but when there is a software problem in this mobile within the 2 week he has taken back the mobile saying that i will get it repaired but now its approx more than 2 weeks he is not confirming whether the mobile has repaired or not and he is also not picking up the phone

pls sugget what to do in this case?
