Dear Sir/Madam,


I baught a mobile handset of "Fly mobiles" which had some problem i contacted to there care center but after so many complaints they have given no feedback, even my phone is with them.

I have also put a mail to there care center but still they have not responded to that mail.

I had purchased B400 model of your company from Jammu last year, but within six months of the purchase the battery backup of the phone became very less.
Also, there used to be disturbance in the phone when ever I used to call. Then, I went to the care center and reported them the problem, they returned my phone
after some days but the problem was yet there. Then I again gave it to them but of no use. Now, its the fourth time I have given my phone to the care centre.
They have told me that they have send the phone to the Delhi centre.

My complaint no is 3242 dated 25/03/2010.

Please make sure that the problem does not repeats again.

Also, I dont want the phone with the problem, Please provide me a replacement to the phone if possible because I have faced many problems regarding the performance
of this phone.

I had heard about this company by my friends about the quality of the products, but what I have faced is totally a different experiance, and I will never advice any one to buy
the products of your company.
