Hi all,
still showing the same report tht reshipment had been done,but i haven't received any update regarding the same through the customer care,Pls tell me when i will get revert from U ppl and when I am getting my phone or money back
Its more than 2 month since i had send the phone to ur service centre to get my phone repaired since then I am hearing only remarks tht i will get my phone soon,but after 1 month no call had been made to me regarding the same tht when i will be receiving my phone back.

Pls tell me wht i hv to do to get my phone back...
it had cost me more than wht the actuall price was 4999,but now if i calcullate all the calls i had made 2 u to borrow and then get my phone back it had cost me more than 6000/- as i had made 30 calls fr the same.

I never expected tht u ppl will treat ur customer like this.
U and ur customer service is pathetic and U ppl consist a bunch of thieves who had opened a company just to cheat ppl around.

Hope and wish nobody falls in ur trap,if i get a mail id of any of the media person i will mail the same things to them..

8gb apple green mp3 mp4 // this is totally waste product --please stop befooling customers ,as mentioned in the specifications that it plays avi format but i am shocked it doesnt do that.one side of earfones not working ..look is totally
different (ugly)from as shown in picture .i can get much better product from local market for much cheaper price. Is there any way to complaint against naptol.com in consumer court ???...for god sake dont use name naptol ..its totally against this name.

Moreover courier company guys are the worst people (aramex) .all the comments being updated by then were totally fraud ...they mentioned that they visited my house but no one was at home so they retured back...mentioned many times however i was home all the day ....

whenever I contacted at ur customer care they had given me the same POD no (B11903619) so many times I had to told them this POD is for Dehradun as I myself had contacted to first flight and they had confirmed the same,finally one fine day they accepted tht there some code mistake in courier thts why the courier was not delivered at my end but after accepting this also it's now more than a month and still the status is same
so many times i had told them i will go to cosumer court even tht doesn't bother them,so i request u to post/spread the messeg all across the blogs and chatting sites,mails and even in media that Naaptol is a fraud company

Hope and wish registering comaplain against them in cosumer court will help me to get my phone or money back

This is to bring in view to all online shoppers to beware of what they are purchasing.This is a real incident which I had faced.I had ordered a Dual SIM Mobile Handset worth Rs.3999 with 6 free gifts worth Rs.2000from the Online shopping website Naaptol and it was a Cash On Delivery.To my utter disappointment the Handse which was delivered was a Used handset.It is the most shocking and distasteful experience that I am having for Online Shopping website Naaptol.The Naaptol Team is handling the situation in the most disdainful manner.I am really disappointed at what is happening.

I had ordered for a Boss 630 mobile phone vide the order no. 816402 & had rec’d the same end of Sept. But the phone was not working & there was a problem with the phone not getting charged. I was told by your representative to courier it back to Shiv Traders in Nahur which was done & rec’d by Shiv Traders on the 9th of Oct. I had spent Rs 250/- on the courier charges. I was told that I would receive a replacement or the phone after rectifying the problem. I rec’d the phone on 25th Oct after atleast a dozen call s to your office. On opening the pack I saw the same phone along with a note that I had sent explaining the problems intact in the box. The phone was still not working & it seems you have sent back the same box even with out caring to open it & check.

I again called up your office & was told to send back the phone again which I have refused as I did not want to spend another Rs 250/- on courier charges again.

I had spoken to Mr. Rexon Rego – Floor Supervisor on 25th & I was told by him that he would get back to me by EOD on the 26th. Till date I have not rec’d his calls Nor has he had the decency to come online whenever I have called. I am still stuck with your phone not knowing what to do other than going to the consumer court or filing a case of cheating in the local Police station.

I have already logged in a complaint in your customer service a couple of days back & yet to receive a mail back.

Sorry to state this but Times of India with whom you have partnered needs to know what they are getting into before is too late. Or a small news in the media about this scam would also help all those people who intend to order anything from Naaptol in the future.
