Dear Sir/Madam, I am vivek sharma and I am a resident of Delhi (Janak Puri ) to be precise .
This is regarding the sony erricson handset (W595 Model Number ) I had purchased on 21 Dec 2008 . Since its purchase , the handset is not working properly and I consulted the service center for the same on 2 feb 2009 . They took my handset for changing the motherboard and assured me that I will have my handset in good condition in maximum of 10 days . But later on when I contacted them , I came to know that they have changed the motherboard, navigation key circuit, and now they are changing the display as well I have contacted the company for the replacement of the set as this is a defective part but they have refused the same and service center people are still trying to make the handset work even after 1 month . This set was just more than a month old and if it requires changing almost all the parts of the handset , then one can itself becomes clear that it is a faulty handset . I have also consulted the company for the replacement handset , but they have refused and when I contact the customer care to query about my handset , they put me on hold and never comes back Kindly help me in this regard as I feel I am being cheated by the company and they are not showing any accountability towards their product as well as their customer

Service center people called me yesterday and delivered my handset to me . It looks like fine right now but I think I should check the same for some time before coming to any conclusion .
Let me check the handset for some days and in case if any further problem occours in the handset , then we will take it up further

i am using W150i YENDO..there is no ready internet in this mobile..I have sent request to service provider TATA DOCOMO..thru SMS..and they reply , this mobile is not supported internet facilities..Is it true? If not pls advise how i can use this facility in my this mobile.
