A complaint with new Sony Ericson mobile A bought a sony ericson mobile very recently with one year warranty. There is a problem with that mobile and hence i have given it to the dealer for service. The dealer is now holding that mobile for more than 15 days but not giving proper response. What should i do? Shall i ask for a new set?

I,Rajesh kumar from jamshedpur feels very hard to say that i am realy facing
problems in the service provided by Sony Service,Jamshedpur.
I have complained regarding my Home Theatre problem but inspite of several
calls,no one has taken any step forward towards it till now.
Kindly take this mater seriously and do the needfull .
