I Ms Sumanjeet kaur.i bought a new phone from CROMA stores belapur on 15 of feb2009.my phone detailes are HTC PDA 3400i.
on second day my phone started hanging.i called up stores they told me to visit the store.tough i m workin i went on 23 of feb2009.the staff was very rude to me specially Mr INDER SINGH.The problem was major which even they couldnt handle they told me that they have to send the phone to HTC service centre.but,what i think is the which needs service centre on second day of purchase means it is a default piece and they have send me a default phoneand will give a problem every alternate month and the satff told me that they wouldnt give me my money back,nor they will replace it its croma policy as told by them.

Now i m just stuck.i want to my money back.

it would be kind enough that you please help me to get my money back,looking forward for your response
