Dear Sir,
i have bought a new lemon mobile on 25.09.2009.. but after few months it did not work well. It is going off automatically. I submitted in customer service centre(S.V Technologies) in bangalore on 04-02-2010. They returned me without rectifying the probem. So I re-submitted to them on 13-02-2010. Till date they have not returned to me.

Regarding this I contacted customer service centre and the Regional Service Manager(South West) as well many times over phone and through mails. I have not got satisfactory response from them.

I am attaching here with the following doccuments for your reference.

1. Purchase invoice
2. Job Sheet ( from customerservice centre)
3. Email conversation I had with them

Kindly help me in this regard.
