I had purchased FLY mobile ( Black colored DS 440 with Dual SIM [CDMA/GSM]) from HOT SPOT Mobile Shop ( SPICE RETAIL LTD) Chembur, Mumbai vide invoice no. 722054202 dtd 18.10.2009 for Rs. 8400.00 bearing an IMEI no. 980013000020997.

I have faced lot of problems while using the mobile and had given for reparing within one months of purchase. I got my repaired mobile after one months.

I am again facing different set of problems, for which I have given my mobile to their Authorised service centre on 8.03.2010 for repairing. Despite repeated follow ups they have not given me the date of return.

I am intending to file case aginst the manufacturer for their faulty mobile and poor service provided by their service centre.

I want to sue them for faulty mobile set, mental harrasement and poor service provided by their service centre.

Please guide me to file a case in consumer court against the FLY mobiles.
