My name is Ajith, I had requested for the change of the panel of my cell phone (Motorola A1200) on July 8th 2009.
They charged me Rs.2000 and changed the panel. After 3 week the panel or the Casing what they call started causing problem, for which they promised to replace and gave me a temporary duplicate casing.
After consistent follow-up with the "The Mobile store" Vijayanagar branch people I was told they did not have a stock and every time i visited them they sent me back with the same reason. After almost 5-6 months the finally decided to give me the casing and extended it to another 3 months. Last week the finally handed me the Raw Casing and told me there is no body to assemble it here so ill have to get it done from the Old Airport Road branch.
Today when I went there I realized that the casing provided is of a very low quality and the body of my cell does not sit in it properly and due to which some of the main features of the cell phone does not work.
When I ask the Store people they bluntly reply it’s not their headache and they will not be responsible; however the only reason for the problem is the poor quality of the casing.
Please help me.
