Dear Sir,
On the 5th of Jan 2010 I purchased a New Nokia 5800. After purchasing it the next day I went back to the place of purchase complaining that the phone is over heating and it had software issues. I was asked to either take it to the service center or upgrade the firmware. Then I upgraded the firmware and no change. Then since I was busy with work only today I got the opportunity to take it to the service center. I gave it to the service centre they flashed the hanset and still no change. Now as per them it has to go to the head office and they have to repair it. I explained to them that this is a new handset what kind of repair are we looking at. She said the system board needs to be replaced as it was over heating. I do not want to take any chances as the phone us heating up hence I asked her for a brand new one. She said that it is the sole decision of the Company. Hence I have given it for service. Details are below.

I also then called nokia customer care and complained that i needed a new hanset as the phone was over heating. Nokia Complaint Number:- 1-10882690643.

Hence please advice. I do not want to take any chances with a phone overheating.
Please advice. Any sort of documents required will be sent on demand.
