my name is archit malhotra.
i purchased a micromaxx mobile in nov and in jan the phone started heating up.
so i submitted the phone to the service centre.
its been more than one month but still i have no clue of my phone.
whenever i called them up they say it would take one week more.
i am totally fed up and dnt knw wht to do.
because of there delay i purchased a new handset for the use.
can anyone help ?????
