    Thumbs down Boss e 3300 Naaptol Complaint

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have purchased Boss e 3300 mobile phone through Naaptol web site, vide order no. 193944 dated 02/03/2010 and it was delivered to me on 03/03/2010.and very next day the mobile got switched off. As I have received a defective piece, as the phone is not charging and its getting switched off again and again.
    I have tried calling naaptol customer service nos. but my calls are getting dropped.
    I want same mobile phone to be replaced with a new one. It is really pathetic that this is the service Naaptol web site is providing.
    If not replaced I will go to consumer court and file a complaint against you.

As I have received a defective piece,i con't able to atten any call I have tried calling naaptol customer service nos. but my calls are getting dropped.
    I want same mobile phone to be replaced with a new one. It is really pathetic that this is the service Naaptol web site is providing.
    If not replaced I will go to consumer court and file a complaint against you.

    Default defective mobile boss e 3300

    Sir

    I had order for the boss e 33oo moblie through naaptol order no 361858 and I received the mobile on 08th May 2010 and after fixing the battery the mobile was switched on but the touch screen was not working so I immediately sent the mobile back as per instructions from Naaptol through DTDC courier bearing pod no V03156465 on 09th May 2010. I also received confirmation from dtdc that they have delivered the mobile back and it was received by Ms.Preeti. I have called 15 times - STD from Bangalore but still now I have not got any committment regarding replacement. I I do not received any thing then I have to report in the newspaper as well as consumer court.

    I m sachin chauhan. I had orderd a boss ephone 3300 on 02/04/10 order no.268982 by phone. I had seen it ads in amarujala.It has six months warranty.I had received it on 9th april 2010,after 2 or 3 day it,s screen did not working on some icons.and after 15 day it hasn,t worked completly. I had called on customer support no. 9223516148.they told me that its screen has only 2 days warranty but they have not written any warranty in news paper like this. so i have orderd it.they are saying that its cost will be 1250 rupees for change its screen but i can,t afford these rupees .plz make my help. plz replace it or give my money back i m not satisfy them services.

    1 That I have placed a order no through mobile in the month of march for Boss-E Phone-3300.I received the mobile after twenty five days and I made payment to the courier boy without check the mobile and accessories in the packet because your courier boy flatly refused to hand over the same without making payment.
    2 As per your ad in times of India news paper dt-13-3-10 on page no 24 and as per your assurance in the news paper regarding the set, warranty, free 9 gifts and services of the same, I placed a order after seeing the advertisement.
    3 I am really fed up with your department as your department is harassing me since starting from order of the mobile phone. Your department promised me to hand over the phone with in a week but I received the same after passing twenty five days. There are many defects in the phone and I am complaining time to time but no action has been taken yet. My phone is touch screen but It’s not working properly and disturbed in using as I press button as per requirement for call it shows something other programme and since starting my phone has not accepting multimedia setting and battery back up is very low its works only 8-9 hours in a day after full charge. At the time of receiving my mobile charger was also not in good position and as per your ads regarding free gift my mobile cover was misplaced.
    4 I lodge complaint many time in your department and talked to many executives 0n-29-03-10, 5-4-10 and 26-5-10 namely Mr. –vishal, Mr. Javed and Mr. Vijay and they all are giving me only single complaint no-1227616, as per your executive they lodge only one complaint and as per your executive version they always assures me that some one will collect the mobile from my house.
    5 On today I talked with Mr. Vijay 0n mobile no09223516148 and he flatly refuse to send some one at my residence to collect the mobile but he suggested me to send the mobile at –Shiv Service centre, natraj bldg, shivshrishti complex, behind shiv temple, goregaon mu@@@@@ link road, opp. Nahur station (w) Mumbai-400078. I was purchased the mobile to your dept but I am not able to understand why you are demanding the mobile on some others address. Your mobile quality is really cheap and you cheated me to send a defective mobile. I again repeated that my mobile is not properly working since starting and I am in very good touch with your dept and complaining continuously.
    6 That I am a practicing lawyer in Delhi and you are all making collusion and cheat the customer by selling the china brand defective phone and I am sending my mobile to your given address for replacement of some better mobile if there will be any delay in refunding the fresh mobile along with the entire free gift, you and your department will be responsible for your illegal acts and I will adopt the civil and criminal remedy to safe my consumer rights. So Plz look into the matter and refund my defective mobile on priority basis with some other good mobile because all the negligence’s is on your part, you people got the money in advance and give the deli every without verification and supply a sealed packet and you are making collusion as you have not mentioned your address any where in the adds.
    7 It is again requested you to please replace my defective set along with my remaining gifts like mobile cover, scratch guard, stereo earphone , you will be responsible for any delay or deficiency. As per your executive Mr. Vijay he promised me to replace the defective piece with fresh one with in a week. For any Query feel free to call me. I am sending you my mobile along with this notice.


    That i have send my mobile to the above given address but the concern person didnt accept my phone and my courier company tried best to delivered the same to the naaptol but my defective phone returns back.

    We had purchased a phone (BOSS Ephone 3300) for Rs.4000/- from naaptol.com after reading the advertisement in Mumbai Mirror Order no. 421605, complaint no. 131409. The payment was made via Credit card as they had advertised a free watch if payment is made by credit card. We received the phone on 31st May 2010 but within a few days a number of problems occurred. The problems are :-

    1. The phone keeps hanging 2-3 times a day.
    2. The earphone was broken.
    3. The screen had scratches.
    4. The volume control switch was absent from the piece.
    5. Also we were promised a watch on making the payment by credit card but till date we have not received it.

    We were constantly in touch with the call centre people regarding these complaints and they assured us that they will send a new piece within 10-14 days on sending the old piece back. We sent the phone back to the office on 12th June 2010 and they received it on 14th June 2010. They assured us that they will send us replacement within 10-14 days. We called the office again on 23rd June 2010 for the feedback regarding the complaint. But we were told that they haven't updated their system's yet and were not co-operating regarding the new piece. Every time we get an automated answer from the call centre guys saying that we will receive the piece within 10-14 days. When we asked to speak to the manager regarding this but we were not put through. We have tolerated enough and would like either a new phone or the amount to be reimbursed.

    Sir,

    I had purchased a Boss E- phone 3300 through Naaptol.com, Order Id is 146974...

    & i got the same on dated 25/01/10...

    But,i think that the same piece is defective.

    Means the cell is not being started...

    & i already contacted the customer care No. of naaptol but from there the person was told that to charge the mobile for atleast
    2-3 hours...
    I tried that also but the result is that,the mobile is not starting..

    Kindly accept my request to do such steps in the same like replace or repair the same piece at the earliest...

    & pls. tell me the further procedure for the same...

    I am another unfortunate BOSS e phone 3300 customer. Same problem: cannot charge. The call centre executives at naaptol are mostly intellectually challanged. They seem to be clueless about who should service the phones from this particular vendor. Their answers to the buyers questions are highly suggestive of a lack of information available to them.

    What is naaptol.com policy regarding rogue vendors?

    Kindly define : What is the name of the company / individual dealing the BOSS brand? What is the DIN no. of this company? Who should service BOSS phones? What steps has naaptol taken to adress the many complaints against this vendor?

    My name is Dr. Indraneel Bandopadhyaya, my mobile no. is 9899778868. I give you a week to restore my faith in naaptol.

    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Naaptol, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them the answer of above mentioned questions within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    Sir,
    I have purchased boss ephone 3300 on 04/08/2010. Order number is 619284. I just got it yesterday. The touch screen is not working properly. When i try to charge the mobile, it shows " Bad contact with charger". The mobile does not charge properly. I just cannot charge the mobile. I cannot make new caller groups. Please respond as early as possible.If there is no reply from you, i need to take strict action against your company.

    This is a fraud product. Naaptol is also a fraud company who promotes and protcts such unscrupulous products and dealers. Never deal with Naaptol
