Thread: Fraud to customers from Mobile store on selling their own Brand Ray mobile

Hi,

i bought the mobile from Mobile phone on 10th Jan, 2010 in Thiruvanmayur, Chennai. As i need to be on the calls all the time i have opted to purchase dual sim mobile. as i am not aware of the dual sim mobiles i requested to suggest the mobile though the cost may be higher. She has told me to take Ray 45 which is under their brand and really a quality product.

i even told her that i will be on the phones all the time and need to suggest a good one and she repeteadly told me to take this mobile only.

This is a China Made which will not be more than 1800 RS but they charged me 3800 RS.

From the day i bought this mobile i am having problem with the entire set... when i insited the mobile store person to change the set he is not giving proper respone at all...

They have placed a head set in the box which is a dummy one and not at all working.

Even today i am still using the same worst mobile... my life is becoming pathetic because of that.

i need your help in getting a new Samsung mobile (Dual Sim)... i am ready to pay extra to get that...
