Hi,

I bought Micromax X500 Mobile from Sangeetha outlet located in Bhashyam circle Bangalore. IMEI: 910001530028452 Pur Date: 07/10/2009 with warrant : 1 year.
The speaker stopped working & I been to the service center address RT outsourcing address, they informed me they cannot rectify it & was directed to Shree Mobile care (Both are authorized service centres by Micromax available on their website).
After giving to service on 30/Jan/10 I been made to wait for 20 days & the mobile was given to me after service on 24/feb/2010. As battery was drained in the mobile I could not check the working condition of Mobile. After coming home I charged & inserted My sim card(Airtel Postpaid).After switching On the mobile it started giving a display Insert vaild Simcard, the same was repeated after I tried my brothers Sim (Vodafone prepaid). Resulting in getting the same MSG. Invaild Simcard.
I do not want to use the mobile anymore. I would appreciate if company could provide me a refund.
Please assist me.
