Dear Sir
I have purchased G502 mobilefrom Univercell Showroom,Velachery , Chennai in the month of May2009.

Initially i had the problemof auto peeling and auto power switch off /on in the month of august 2009.I gave the mobile to Sony Ericsson authorized servicecentre M/s Accel -ChennaiGR, Greams Road, Chennai.It was rectified afterwaiting for almost 10days.

Again the same problem has occured in the month of oct 2009 and i gave the mobile to the same authorizedservice centre M/s Accel -Chennai GR, Greams Road,Chennai. They said theproblem is sorted out and can collect.

But when i collected the same on 26.10.2009 and took it, there was no network.

When enquired about it they said there is a network problem and asked me to deposit the same to them on 27.10.2009.

Then i called the service center no. 1800111800 on 27.10.2009 and spoketo Ms.Anupam and explainedthe problem and i raised a complaint for thereplacement. The complaintno. given to me was 85537625 .She asked me tocall after two days.

Again i called on 29.10.2009 and spoke to another representative Ms.Sakshi to know about the status of the complaint.She said there is no complaint no. of that sort Then she gave me a new complaint no. 85599727. She asked me to call on saturday - 31.10.2009.

Then i called on 31.10.2009 , i spoketo Mr.Manoharan. He told to give a call again after 3 days,since there is no update on the issue.

Again i collected the mobile on 06.11.2009.

Now again the same problem is re occuring. I have written to sony ericsson on 05.02.2010. They have replied to me on 09.02.2010 stating that again i have to submit the mobile to the service center.

kindly note it is still under warranty.

In this condition, i do not want to go and give my mobile for servicing . I want to get my money refunded along with the interest and damages caused.

Kindly let me know what can i do. This is the first time i am registering and i request you to let me know about the procedure for claim.
