i stared facing problem not even in 1 month the mic was not working,went to nokia care

gave them on 2nd feb for repairing got it back on 10th feb again the problem was not rectified,gave them back on the same day,again got the job sheet-1124333527/090210/54 ,again got back on 17 feb but i found that my phone was broken from bottem ,now these people work so badly i spent 20000 on my phone and i am so upset,neither they are doing there job properly,nor they provide with a standby set ,i am facing a lot of problem ,its been going to be a month ,i asked for a replacement and they denied.please help me what to do
