Dear sir, I purchased a reliance LG CDMA handset (Model no. RD3500, RSN: RLGHS1031804149) with one year warranty from " Indian Communication & Mobile Centre, R1/49,Raj Nagar,Ghaziabad" in March'09. It was working properly but after around 8 months(viz. in this dec'09) suddenly its power was off. So, i registered a complaint
with ASC of LG in RDC,Raj Nagar,Ghaziabad on 5th Dec'09 but there they refused to repair it saying that its warranty has been expired and i will have to pay the whole amount. I am having the bill of purchase and complaint receipt. So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me any way to solve my problem. Regards
