    Default A complaint with new Sony Ericson mobile

    A bought a sony ericson mobile very recently with one year warranty. There is a problem with that mobile and hence i have given it to the dealer for service. The dealer is now holding that mobile for more than 15 days but not giving proper response. What should i do? Shall i ask for a new set?

    As per our telephonic conversation u told me dat i hav 2 submit my handset
    even if i want replacement. so in ur 1 year warranty period i had submitted
    my handset 4th time for same restart prob bt dis time i want replacement of
    my handset or refund my money as last mail i said.i dnt want to dis handset
    more & dis tim i m fade up & really i m telling u dat if u do not replace or
    refund my money ill complaint in consumer court against sony erission. 1
    complaint i had already put over der. u ask me for my all complaint id here
    is my all ID



    *4th Complaint ID is SEO0936912332*

    *3rd Complaint ID is SE53624118

    2nd Complaint ID is - SEO0936911026,*

    *1st Complaint ID is - SEO0936911284*


    Every time i had submitted my handset to ur service center* TECHNOCARE,E-17
    Central Market Lajpat Ngr-II New Delhi-24*.



    Please take action as soon as possible.m waiting for ur positive response.
