Thread: Q5 Micromax Mobile Complaint

I had also bought a micromax X511 on 09 Feb 2010 and accidentally i switched it to flight mode. Now, ther is no way I can get it back to normal mode. I have registered a complaint with Micromax but nobody has responded to it yet. I'm totally clueless abt wht to do now. If anyone has the solution or suggestion, Pl mail it to me at rajesh@bagris.com.

NEVER BUY ANY MICROMAX MOBILES. (I bought X280 and facing problem from hour1) If you don't carry electricity with you and if you want to call anyone or receive any calls dont BUY OR USE MICROMAX. You can buy one if you want your playschool kid to play, if you can afford.

Battery does not last for even 30 minutes. You keep getting displays which obstruct every second. To dial a number the message display does not allow you at a stretch. This message " Welcome to mChek on Airtel..." not sure whether it is from Micromax or from Airtel. Both deny that's from their end.

None of the features work - first of all the phone doesn't work forget all other features they claim - all are false! camera / video???? / sound/ recording.......

DON'T GO FOR DUAL SIM of MICROMAX - the purpose itself gets defeated. Always the display shows "Insert SIM Card1" or "Insert SIM Card2" at any time only one will be in use and can't say which one. Everytime you open to set right your sim card and then set your date, time, etc. you spend about 3-4 hours on an average per day.

NO SERVICE ANYWHERE IN INDIA. If you take it to any service centre, they will double your trouble by adding new problem to the existing.

i bought Q5 mob on 28 feb. on next day i come to know that operamini which is
given inbuilt nt working. and also video file .avi format nt workng . i asked retailer to solve this prob first he denied to do any thing , at last he agree to replace my mobile.i returnd my mob. just 2 days ago he sayng mob wont be replaced and may be repaired bt it will take time... already its abt 1 month bt they are nt ans properly... plz help me solve out this prob.... my mail id is vrutantshah@rediffmail.com

Always post your complaint with your full contact details, purchase details, complaint nos. registered with the customer care of Micromax mobile and the Job sheet details if any.

If you are facing the same problem again and again or the problem is irreparable then first register your complaint with the customer care and ask them to replace the fault handset with a new one else full refund ( If the handset is under warranty*), and if they are not going to help you then send a written notice to the CMD of the Micromax Mobile via registered post ( Keep one copy of the notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum ), wait for their response and in case you still not getting any satisfactory response then file a consumer complaint in consumer forum near you.

Just 1 month back i brought mobile and now i am unable to get voice of incomming and outgoing calls.It is getting blank...please suggest me whom should i contact for this??

I had taken a micromax q5 mobile.......wen i attached my head set.my profile was not cmng on general.........so i gave it back.......

Even i Got problem of Headset to general profile...It ws not getting Headset to general profile.. Becos the socket getting short and still showing tht Headset is connected even after removing it...

It is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last 2 Months about my Micromax X360 set like Keypad, Sound and Battery backup etc. I bought Micromax x360 set on 7th feb, 2010, during the period, I faced many problems of worse keypad service, a very little batry back up and 3rd class sound quality, i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.
