    This is with regards to the regrett i did by buying a micromax gc 360 mobile which was loudly claiming the 3 sims used together with more battery backup......... BUT I WAS MADE A FOOL AFTER PURCHASING THE MOBILE THE NEXT DAY ALL THE 3 SIM STOPPED WORKING TOGETHER / CALL DROPPING EVERY OFTEN / PHONE RESTARTING ON ITS OWN EVERY 10 MINS / SIM 3 NOT AT ALL WORKING / AUTOMATICALLY SIM GETS SWITCHED OFF WHEN THE PHONE IS STILL ON.... CONCLUDING ALL THE MODEL BY ITSELF IS A BULL SHIT, when I called the call centre of micromax they just start giving vague answers that i need to get the handset resolved only at the service centre end they are helpless in interacting with the service centre, But still one fine day a Person called SUJITH called me asking to submit the phone at the service centre & that would be the final within 7 days they would send the phone to the chennai office return back to me


    WHEN I VISIT THEIR SO CALLED SERVICE CENTRE WITH IRRESPONSIBLE & UNORGANISED CENTRE (MSN (MIS)COMMUNICATION - MANGAMMANA PALYA, OFF HOSUR ROAD BANGALORE) NOBODY HAS ANY ANSWER THEY RESPOND AS IF THEY ARE DOING SOME CHARITY & AS IF WE NEED TO BEG FOR THE REPAIR, THEY SIMPLY ASK YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR MOBILE & WAIT FOR ONE MONTH, NOW CAN YOU EXPECT SOMEBODY TO WAIT FOR ONE MONTH FOR A REPAIR TO HAPPEN THAT TOO THE PROBLEMS ARISING WITHIN THE SPAN OF 20 DAYS.

    NEVER EVER BUY THIS BRAND MICROMAX AS ALL THE BIG ADS ARE MISGUIDING THE CONSUMERS WITH LEAST CARE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    sir/mam,
    i bought a micromax q5fb on 22nd january 2011.but within 6 months my cell stopped working.so i went to micromax service center to get it repaired on 2nd july 2011 at contact solutions,first floor,apollo dubai plaza,mahalingapuram,nungabakam,chennai,tamil nadu.they received the mobile and asked me to come after 1 month to get it back.when i went there after 40 days they again asked me to come after 1 week.i went again but their answer was same and the staffs present talk rudely to customers. So i kindly request u to take action against them so i can have my cell phone back as soon as possible......

    Unhappy Micromax Mobile GC - 360.

    I purchased one Micromax Mobile model no. - GC - 360 on 03.06.2011. It shows "Bad contact charge" on 22.08.2011. only after 80 days of purchase. I produce the mobile phone at "Optimal Solution" , 195, Barasat road, Nonachandanpukur, Barrackpore, Micromax Service centre on 23.08.2011. Still today no good news from the service centre about my phone after submission of 22 days there. Unfortunately though I made at least 10 phone call made from my side, no communication from them.

    Hope some earliest fruitful step for Negligence about services for a emergency instrument may help me as well as thousands of customer of Micromax Mobile.

    It is more than 15 days time. Every day, I call them for an update. They are telling that the power is down or the internet /server is down. I requested to give a call back. They agree but never mind to give a call back. This is happening for the past 3 weeks. This is the poorest service I have ever received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Loving greetings and wish you a Happy New Year.

    Please note that I had purchased a Micromax mobile phone, model No. X262 on 17th May, 2011 for Rs. 2300/- from M/s Gulshan Electronics, with a receipt no. 501.

    Within short time it started giving me trouble. At last it went dead. I was asked by the seller to see the Micromax Service agent at Bhuj a place 60 Kms. away from my home. The service agent is Muskan Telecom, Mr. Satarbhai. (phone 97141 39786).

    I was told that he need to send it to Ahmedabad and they in turn may send it to Delhi and I may get the phone back after about one and half months. He also told me that he will inform me when he gets the phone back. But after waiting for his call, when at last I called him after more than 6-7 weeks, he says that phone is repaired and I should pay Rs. 100/- and collect it from him. Also when I asked him why didn't he called me, he says that he is not bound to inform all customers in Kutch, Gujarat.

    Ok. At last I got the phone in working condition when I was handed over it to me. But within a week it again went dead!

    Now tell me what am I supposed to do? Best way will be you should either refund my money or send new piece at the earliest to my following address;

    Post Micromax Q5 Complaints

    I purchaed Micromax Q5 last year (Cost Rs.3,800) May 2010 & warranty
    expires. The mobile was not functioning on 8th Nov 2011 and checked with Micromax authorised
    Dealer VConnect at Mahalingapuram, Chennai. They checked Software, other things and informed
    that the Board was dead. It needs to be repaired. The cost of the Repair & Service charges will be
    Rs.1,400/-. I also interacting with Customer Support Service staff today. No solution.

    I never expected this much of cost is reuired to rectify the problem. I used earlier Nokia (5years no problem)
    and still I am using LG mobile. First time I purchsed an Indian Product and I got very bad experience within a
    short period.

    Is Micromax service team can rectify and make the repair with less cost? So that I can happy and enjoy
    worth of buying the product.

    Expecting necessary steps and reply from the concerned team.

    It was pathetic service from the above said service centre. In fact, its non-service.

    Every day, I call them for an update. They were telling that the power is down or the internet/server is down. I requested to give a call back. They agree but never mind to give a call back. This has happened for more than 3 weeks. I have called them around 20 times and every time they said the above mentioned blunders.

    Finally, when I called them, someone in their office said that my mobile is ready and I can collect it. I asked him, why he did not inform me when I was expecting their update every day. He told, the mobile was repaired only the previous day evening. I believed him.

    Next day, I went to collect my mobile. However, to my utter shock, they told that the power is not there. So they can't get me my phone. Since I raised my voice, they got me my mobile back. They were very rude and do not know how to behave to a customer. Since I spoke to them in English, they thought that I do not know Tamil and started harassing me in the background in Tamil. They said in the background that "this guy is raising his voice for just for this cheep basic Micromax model Q1. Then, how he would have raised his voice if he have been here to service a top end Micromax model !!!!!"

    I was extremely hurt by their RUDE behavior to the customers. I found that its not only a case with me. One other customer who came there to collect his mobile after 2 months of time also had a similar experience. He has received an SMS stating that his mobile is ready. But they informed him to come by the end of next week as the mobile is yet to get ready. he too was frustrated and was arguing with them.

    In the mean time, I asked them to provide me a feedback form. They told that it is not available. Informed me that the MICROMAX COMPANY has not paid their dues to them. So they don't care, even if I raise a complaint. Also, they challenged me to raise a complaint anywhere (including internet).

    THIS WAS THE WORST RUDEST SERVICE WHICH I EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. This Service centre has spoiled the goodwill of Micromax as a whole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Later, to my utter disbelief, I came to know that they have not even tried to repair the fault with my mobile. IT WAS RETURNED TO ME IN THE SAME CONDITION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please URGENTLY TAKE ACTION on this and let me know asap. Hope you will not force me to approach the Consumer Court instead.

    It's regarding my problems facing with micromax serive centre.I purchased micromax

    mobile in the month of April'11 and it got techinacal issues and went to micromax

    authorized service center in Vijayawada(Divya Communication) and submited my mobile

    on 27th Sep 2011 ( JobSheet No 238855).They inform me that it take min 15days

    .After 20day i called them they inform me that there is a issue in mother board and

    send to Chennai, told that it take min 20day's.From past 20 days i am check with the

    service center every time when i call it take one more week.Once we receive we only call

    you need not call to us!!!!

    Another story regarding customer service of Micro max:

    I call to customer service(Toll free) around 25 days back and given complaint regarding

    the issue request no(1011116843) and suggest me to call after 15days.When i call

    after 15days the customer service associate(Female) she given me very irresponsible

    answers and when i ask to transfer my call to team leader she didn't transfer and literally

    i waited for 30min's to speak with team leader to share my issue(worst customer service)


    I thought micro max is a good company and gives good customer service but my opinion

    is completely wrong.If you can help me kinldy let me know when i receive my mobile

    back.

Mart LBD Road Bapunagar Ahmedabad Put the preparing my mobile on dt. 23.12.2011 and 29.12.2011 but not preparing very well mobile and delivery to same to same Problem they ask me not possible by our service station and not reply to me I tired to my micromax mobile Q5 What can I do this matter. I like the not very well person in vision communication for mobile rearing.

    Who is looking into this website & will it seen by Micromax people ?? we are keep on complaining about this but none of the people Micromax are replying... Is this is the right website to share the consumers issues & will it be escalated to the concern service vendors ??
