I purchased a micromax q5 mobile from cochin on 10/07/2010 from penta menaka shopping complex in marin drive cochin. on the month of september my mobile went in to earphone mode not changing to general. I got replacement a new set. In this set i am not able to add caller group. Please if mobile is not good please dont post comments especially the mobile company staffs and owners please u dont promot thorugh sites let us decide and comment on the site. i bought it by seeing it as good in 2 or 3 websites.

Please dear friends dont go with websites or dont belive internet technology it really waste our money and mental peace

Even i Got problem of Headset to general profile...It ws not getting Headset to general profile.. the socket getting short and still showing tht Headset is connected even after removing it..

i have the proble in my mobile befor two month . i was check my mobilr in the cust. care of micromax then that not solved my problem the problem is the trackball not worked properly and spftware problem in java application please do something for salving my problrm.

Myself Sunil Rawat I am using Micromax mobile model Q5 & my purchasing date is 6-4-2010 & my mobile is not working properly but Prince Communication - Govind Puri Kalka Ji Service Centre executive whose name is Sunil Kumar said me that I am don't able to attend this type of complaint & I am very harras with the behaviour so plz check & do action this matter otherwise i use to RTI ...Thanks

On dated 27th July 2010 I bought a set Micromax X600 (Gravity), but just after 23 days its headset got damage by itself and now its left side speaker is not working at all. I am continuously going to your Noida Sec. 18 situated Service centre, whose address is as under:

but each time they are giving the same excuse that the HEADSET is not available. Each time I have to go them by spending my extra money for the same reason but there is no profit with that till date.

These guys dont even picks the phone so that I could be able to know the status of the same.

sir i have purchased micromax q5 on 13 june 2010.i found initially this mobile good but from last 1month it has started creating problem.it has been only 3 month there is lot of problem, "there is no voice in audio player and no ringing sound ,so i could not able to pick up the call ,so please provide me facility of its free service ,please tell me the service center in indore area.

sir i brought a q5 micromax mobile phone after 1 month the message box is not opening
what will i do?

I have purchase the moblie X235 on 26th May 2010 but from June onwords it was not working. When i disconnet the earphone it is still showing earphone connection so I cannot receive the call. Also to receive the call I have to put on loadspeaker.

I visited service centre at Bhagwati Mobile Kandivli (W) mumbai -67 working Hour 11 to 6pm.
It was odd timing that means we have take leave from office for such a silly problem.Before 10am & after 6 pm they are not attending the call inspite shop is opened.

Please repair & send the handset to me or refund my money so i can take the new mobile but not a Micro max in my life.

I visited service centre and given on 1st June 2010 at Hyderabad, but till now i did not get the phone they are saying no stock of X280. Micromax Complaint Number is 184824

Please repair & give to me or refund my money so i can take the new mobile but not a Micro max in my life.

Please Don't buy this fuckin mobile. these stupids are selling all the scrap materials in mobile form. there customer service is the worst and waste service in the world they don't even know what is GSM means.

I have purchased a new Micromax Q5 on 18/07/2010. Everything was working fine from the past 4 months, however now its keypad and trackball have stopped working. I can not receive or make any calls, can not type sms or browse through the mobile phone. I visited the service center only to find that even they were as unreliable as there phone. First. they asked me to bring the bill along with the warranty card (When I visited, I only carried the warranty). Now, when I approach them they always try to make some or the other excuses and ask me to visit them after Diwali. I called there customer care number and they too have the same attitude as either they do not pick up the call or even if they pick up, the call gets disconnected in the middle of a conversation.
