i Have maxx mQ 430 . for rectifying display problem, i have given my cell to anu mobile gallery, opp.public garden, Hanamkonda on 17.6.2010. but, the repairer replies "no stock".. I am vexed with this mobile.. please do rectify my problem immediately.

I bought Micromax q5 last month but from the day i bought it ur software (Nimbuzz) never worked. It is still not working.

I am an unsatisfied customer of Micromax Q5.
I bought a phone Micromax Q5 3 months ago. In three months this is the fourth time I am submitting my phone in a service centre.
On the very second day the trackball of the mobile phone stopped working. It took around one week get to get repaired. There after it worked well for next 20 days after that the display of the same phone started flickering according to the service centre it was because of humidity.
it again took them 5 days to repair the same. After that when it came back from the service centre the mouth piece was not working they took the phone and within three days I received my phone back. Now it has stopped charging according to them the battery is not working and it needs to be replaced. I have given them my battery on Thursday of last week i.e. 10 days ago they are still saying that it would take around two more weeks for the battery to come from head office in Gurgaon.

Please let me know whom should i speak to incase i need a better service.

I just want to know how much time it takes for a battery to get replaced from Gurgaon. It has been more than 10 days still I didn’t hear anything from them.
Would be great if I could get a mail or a call in order to clarify the same.
