AFTER FILLING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO NOKIA OVER PHONE , EMAIL, FAX AND SENDING THE BELOW LETTER TO NOKIA INDIA - GURGOAN, NOKIA FINLAND I HAVE NOT RECD ANY REPLY FROM THEM AND AFTER SERVICING FOR MORE THAN 4 TIMES STILL MY MOBILE IS NOT REPLACED WITH NEW ONE INSTEAD THEY GAVE ME DEFECTIVE SERVICED MOBILE WHICH ALSO HAD DEFECTS.

I HAVE LODGED MANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING MY NOKIA E71 IN INDIA, AND NO PROPER SOLUTION WAS PROVIDED ITS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS SINCE 05.11.2009, MY MOBILE IS REPEATEDLY BEEN GIVEN FOR SERVICE FOR MORE THAN 5 TIMES.
THE DETAILS AS BELOW.
I HAD CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO DELHI, BANGALORE AND GURGOAN OFFICE IN INDIA REGARDING THE DEFECTIVE E71 I HAD PURCHASED.
I HAD REGULAR HANGING PROBLEM AND WHEN I SWITCH ON MY E71 ONLY NOKIA APPEARS AND MOBILE WAS NOT BOOTING UP AND WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICE AT CHENNAI- NOKIA RAKSHA IMPEX , KILPAUK OFFICE FOR MORE THAN 4 TIMES AND 2 TIMES IT WAS SENT TO YOUR DELHI OFFICE FOR SERVICE.
AND AT LAST MY E71 WAS REPLACED WITH OTHER DEFECTIVE USED E71, WHICH IS ALSO NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THE DETAILS IS LISTED BELOW.
