I had ordered SMARTPHONE 8502.
I received my order on 19th Dec.

The phone is not working properly.

Following are the flaws:
1. Sometimes when i get a call the ring tone do not ring at all.
2. Sometime rings for a 1 or 2 sec and then stops ringing.
3. Same with the message tone.
4. When i key lock the phone logs opens up form where i can call my recent dialled, missed or received call numbers instead of having a key lock.
5. The wallpaper changes automatically.
6. The default passwords were already changed before the handset reached to me.
(i had complained about this but there was no solution as it was a Sunday. I got this answer from your representative "its a Sunday and our seniors are not present.")


THE MOST IMPORTANT THE PHONE HANGS AND RESTARTS IT HAPPENED AT LEAST 20 TIMES FROM THE TIME I STARTED USING THE PHONE i.e. 2 WEEKS.

i couldn't take it any more and hence mailed u out of frustration.

please change my handset or refund.
