Dear Sir,
I have purchased Naaptol shop ,Mobile phone Ephone i68 at 11/08/2009.

All these days its working fine.

But b4 some days, i got a call from Airtel saying that my Phone has got
invalid IMEI and will not work with Airtel after november 30th.

It happended the same way and from today the phone is not supporting any sim.

I also oberved that the phone is sowing IMEI numbers but it's not vallid ,

If we dial *#06# =351280093325250,356296109325263

It is illegal to sell a mobile with IMEI .

I want to sue Naaptol shop for this and also in TOrts as i have lossed one of my
business transaction because of this problem.

The toll free help support cant help on this issue.

Please help.

Before filing case against Naptol we suggest you to send a written notice to the Naptol via registered post and ask them to solve the issue else you will drag them to the consumer forum for selling mobile phones with invalid IMEI.
