I am Raghumoni Chatterjee from kolkata.I have purchased one v-80 fly phone
on 26.11.2008 ( IMEI no – 354146020056845). After 9 months i found that the
display was not working. I deposited the set at the service center of fly in
kolkata at (Aura telecom services pvt.ltd, 1R N Mukherjee Road,
Kolkata-700001) on 4.9.09 (job-sheet no- 12648). They said it has board
problem they assured that the set will be replaced. I was assured that my
phone will be replaced and new phone will be given around 4.10.2009 . But
till now nothing has happened. When I contacted service centre I was
informed by Mr.Sanat das (ASP Location Incharge) that as the set has been
despatched from their delhi head office it has taken some time.Till now i
have not received the phone yet.


Pleace help me to get a replacement set.

Kindly post your full contact details, bill details, apart from this send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Fly Mobile (keep one copy) attach all the photocopy of Bill & Job sheet and ask them for the new handset/refund + interest + damages else you will drag them to the consumer forum.
