I purchased a LG handset, worth 4300/- from Mobile Store@ New Friends Colony
Community Centre, N.Delhi on 18 July,2009. The executives insisted that if i
buy LG Handset & a few other brands, I will get assured gifts through
scratch card, under WIN-WIN SCHEME. I actually won 250/- cash back! They
said I need to courier the scratch card along with the photocopy of the bill
& a bar code sticker to Noida office. I did the same & the mobile store
confirmed they received them on 29July 2009.
However, despite waiting 4 months, I never got the promised cheque. When I
called the customer care, they said, I did not send all documents, hence it
stands cancelled.
they never intimited me why they cancelled it! I told that I can send the
details again because I have the photocopy of all of them & that might
satisfy them that my case is genuine. They said it is a one time chance!!
I challenged that I sent all the necessary documents through speed post &
wanted them to produce my voucher. But they disagreed. the customer care
executive Vishnu was rude enough to say he will not provide me details of
any officer or address where I can contact further.
I even mailed at the official email id., but no response.
KINDLY HELP ME OUT.
