Dear Sir/Ms,

I have bought mobile from ebay in Sep 2009 and its problematic pc. From day 1 itself it gives me 2many problems. firstly Handsfree not working properly. Then its USB Datacable not working /get heated while connecting to PC. Now it gives me Invalid Sim message b'cause of IMEI nos registration.

I given piece to seller after facing lots of trouble now seller wants additional 400 Rs for IMEI reg. actualy on ebay add they hav given adverstise that they r given me registred IMEI mobile. Ebay ans Seller both r cheat me.
Now seller told me that mobile is repaired give advance 400 Rs that is for IMEI.
I have all mail details which communicating with seller as well ebay voice communication on cell.
So please give me solution and what action shall I take on both (ebay as well as seller)
