I purchased the Gee Pee Company Mobile (Model No. 5600) dated 18 July 2009. It created problem with its Connector (in built of mobile where charger plug coneected which delievered by the set) after that it was repaired by the Gee Pee Customer Care but after some days it has created other problem "Auto Off". when i went to customer center at Siliguri then they denied to repair it with the reply that it will not repair again with in warranty period because connector was broken due to mishandling but I paid for that but Auto Off problem was not existed due to my mishandling so please do the needful.
