I have bought new Moto E3 power on 26th of Sept and it stopped working on 14th of October.
Submitted my phone to Lenovo Service center Gurgaon on 17th. They asked for 5-7 days to rectify the problem. But today it's 5th of November and Service center is saying that we are not getting spare part. As per RTI act, came to know that company have to give phone back within 14 days, but its already 20 days.
Request you to please take my complaint forward. They are not serious about the problem i am facing.
If they are not getting spare part then give me new phone instead of repaired one.
