Order No.-176998 dated-17-02-2010 for a 16 GB Spy Pen was booked over phone number 0922-3335000, whereas I received the parcel on 22-02-2010 and made cash payment of Rs 1749/- on delivery. Later on opening the parcel, I found that it is 8-GB spy Pen and NOT 16 GB as ordered. After lodging a complaint with Naaptol complaint department over phone number 0922-3335000, I was asked to return the wrong material to the following address to process the replacement. Therefore, I have sent the parcel back through SPEED POST on 23-02-2010 and received at the following address on 26-02-2010. But no replacement has been sent to me till now.

Against order No. 348190 dated 29-04-2010, I was supplied with a spy pen along with CD and USB cable. After charging f0r 3 hours with the laptop through USB port, the spy pen did not record more than 05 minutes clip and in-built battery was completely down since no light came after pressing the on/0ff button. The device was recharged as directed through the CD. However, situation did not improve and remained as earlier. Then the complaint was lodged with naaptol at their mobile cell nos. 09223526148 and 09223516148 in the month of June 2010. The spy pen device, as adviced by naaptol, was couriered on 07/06/2010 to Marco Enterprises, Room No. 24/25, Second Floor, Ripon Building, Jamshedji Petit Marg, Balram Street, Grand Road East, Mumbai-400007. The spy pen was received back by me on 21/06/2010. This time the info CD received was blank with no product support guidelines. Once again with fully charged batteries, the device was unable to record for more than 15 minutes clip. On advice from naaptol, the spy pen device has been re-couriered to Marco Enterprises on 15/07/2010. I, be resupplied with fully functional 16 GB spy pen with full guarantee of 3 months from the date I receive back now siitynce the device has to work through its slated capacity in the first place. In case the supplier is unable to provide the right material, full charges of Rs 1749.00 be returned through local cheque/DD.

Order no.968138. It was delivered on 13.11.2010.
But after opening I found that the product was different from what it was mentioned in the newspaper, They sent me substandard player Aramex. AWB NO. 6354032742. I complaint to them they said send the product back to Hydrabad.

But after surfing the website, I found so many complaints, all of them were told to return the goods and did not get the goods back.

I am worried should I send the goods back or will I get the refund first, then I send the goods to them??? Please HELP...

Even after telling them that, I would make sure that these issues would be published in the news paper, no one cared. Who all are behind this and why action is not been taken. I had purchased a Mini Silai Machine for Rs.1499+Rs.199 via order no. 1095296, by paying total for Rs. 1698 by Net Banking facility on 12-12-2010.

I am glad to inform you that I received a sms on 15-12-2010 on my mobile that "Your Order No.1095296 has been shipped via Aramex, AWB No 6372230130. You will receive your consignment within 5 days of receiving this sms."

I actually received the siliai machine consignment on 17-12-2010. The product was also good. The accessaries mentioned in the newspaper ad were aslo received as mentioned in ad.

Moreover, I received a small tea mug, as a token of loyal customer, whose value would be Rs. 30-40 after 2 months of my purchase of silayi machine.

My overall experience with Naaptol is excellent.

Hi, i ordered a (order # 2422408)Vox IE& mobile with qwerty keypad from naaptol on september 10, 2011, i received a defective peice on 16 which i returned to their given address on 17. They told me i will get replacement within 7 to 15 working days and i waited for that period and then started calling naaptol. Every time they gave me reply that my problem would be sorted out in 48 hours, but now it has been over one and half month since they first said i will get a good working mobile and i still have not received it yet. And at the time of order they told the product has 1 year manufacturer warranty but now when i ask about the warranty they tell it has 6 month warranty . I think naaptol is the biggest fraud in the history of my online shopping. Naaptol if you have some respect for your customer then deliver their product with full warranty.
