i have buy xcite fone x440 on 20/10/09 .its imei no.s are 910000600682917 and 910000600682925....it was havin prob. so i give it to ma nearest shop , it is the collection centre of xctie mobile ,it adress is vijay communication , 2/4mahesh nagar , near arnold rym ,jagadhri road ,ambala cantt , haryana ,i give ma set to this shop on 9/1/10 ,n he have nt given me any receivng of ma cell fone , n now on 28/1/10.he is sayin that who r u , u havent given me any cell fone n the day before today he is sayin that i will give ur set tomorrow i.e today , but now he doesnt recogonize me , n i have sent many mails to xcite mobile but xcite company has fake customer care id i.e customercare@xctiemobile.in ....now pls do smethng , n suggest me how can i get ma cell back ....i will be vry thankfull to you .

yes i have original bill but dealer have nt given me any job sheet

I purchased one mobile handset of xcite company model no. 415 on 15/04/09 assuming as per the company claims on the box to be a dual sim handset but after use i found out that its not dual sim only one simcard is operational.So please help me with my cause as want it to be converted into a dual sim mobile as soon as posibble.

Kindly check the settings of your mobile to deactivate the mobile tracker.
