Dear All,

I had bought LG Mobile Mod No KG920 from D-Mart - Avenue (Mulund-West) on 21st August,2008 for Rs 13,200/-,but I am not satisfied with it because its features represented are totally false.

I have following issue problems with this handset,

Battery is too weak it gets empty within a day time even though i have very low ussage,

At time of purchase they dint shown me Original Demo Handset,

It has a Expired warranty for Handset & Mobile, since LG have framed a condition that Handset has a warranty for 12 months & Battery 6 months from the date of purchase or manufacture, since its manufacture date is May 2007, it means its warranty has been expired. D Mart - Avenue would not have sold this expired warranty handset to me.

Picture Quality is very poor

Sound Quality is very poor

gets hot while charging or operating

gets hang during operating

no expansion of storage for SMS even after inserting Expandable Memory Card.

if we compare the camera quality of 5 Megapixle it is even low than 2 Megapixle.

I had alredy sent a Leagl notice to D Mart Avenue & LG Mobile, but there was no response from them

Please help me out.
